Owner and Planner Extraordinaire - Christie Sperry, Christie Rose took our vision, added a terrific team of vendors, and amazing talents to deliver a wedding day that was beautiful, meaningful, and really fun, too!
From our first meeting, Christie’s organization and planning capabilities impressed even this super-organized and demanding bride! She kept us on track and our budget in line throughout the process, adjusting as needed and adding her fantastic ideas and suggestions. Her design capabilities with lighting, linen, tableware and a myriad of other lovely details made the whole event truly beautiful and special.
Start to finish Christie and her team, especially sister and assistant, Michelle, were wonderful to work with and so supportive it made even the trickiest and most stressful moments easier. Anticipating needs, easing the bride's worries, wrangling the groomsmen, and adjusting to unplanned events all without missing a beat.

When it was time for Peter and I to get married, I immediately reached out to some of my girlfriends who had gone through the wedding planning process in Southern California to get a wedding planner recommendation. Not a single one of them recommended their wedding planner, which was scary and disheartening. I knew I didn't need a ton of help since I've done events in the past, but since we were planning the wedding from across the country, I knew I needed someone with local expertise to help me find vendors and take the planning off my hands the month of the wedding.
After a lot of research and little success, a girlfriend of mine said that she had heard great things about Christie Rose Events and so I reached out. Christie Sperry and I hit it off immediately. She's smart, collaborative and understood my vision. She was there for me when I felt overwhelmed, always had great recommendations for vendors and went above and beyond the contracted agreement.
Our wedding was just last weekend and I don't know what we would have done without her and Michelle the day-of the wedding. I'm confident, the day would not have been as beautiful and smooth as it was without them. If I had a question, they had an answer, and if I had a request, they made it happen. Their help allowed me to sit back and enjoy our special day and not worry about a thing!

We hired Christie Rose to coordinate and help plan our wedding. We talked with several others but the staff at Christie Rose took the time to really learn what we wanted and offered options. I never would have had time to get everything planned working a full time job (and saving up all my vacation time for the honeymoon). I can't thank them enough for making our wedding so memorable. On the wedding day Christie was running around everywhere covering every detail, making sure everything flowed properly and everyone was at the right place at the right time. She was a tremendous ball of energy at the reception. I cannot recommend Christie Rose Events high enough. Very thankful for all the work they did to make sure my day went off without a hitch.
I hired Katie from Christie Rose for day of services about 2 months prior to my wedding. My only regret is not hiring her from the get-go and having her with me through the whole process. When we first sat down for our consultation, she had every answer I needed. Her recommendations were spot on and ended up being great service providers. She was so prompt with my emails and made me feel so confident going into my big day. My wedding wasn't an easy one- 325 guests in 2 different locations. Katie was so great ensuring we were on time with everything and making sure everyone was where they needed to be. She made sure the ceremony and reception were set up how I wanted and managed all of the vendors while still bouncing back to us and making sure the bridal party was taken care of. She coordinated the actual ceremony very well and made sure all of our guests were ushered to the right places. During the reception, she was hard at work coordinating all of the dances, DJ and food. She really didn't stop all night. So many of my guests were so impressed with how hard she worked and want her number for when they get married!
